Providing a second chance for stable housing to those with housing barriers.
Housing is difficult to find for people with credit problems, a criminal background, or a poor renting history. OneRoof partners with local landlords to help people secure housing.
At the end of the 12-month program, participants in good standing with their landlord are able to continue renting their apartment.
Participants will:
· Receive help finding an apartment
· Be partnered with a volunteer mentor
· Receive financial education and rental education
· Be supported by a case manager and monthly home visits
